Our premises are hired by a wide variety of groups on both a regular and occasional basis. Phone the warden on 01865 557373 or email him to discuss your requirements. Meanwhile, please see our charges and the photos below to give you an idea. If none of the rooms looks suited to your particular requirements, you may like to enquire as to available space at St Columba's United Reformed Church near the High Street.

Arrangements to organise refreshments need to be made with the Warden in advance.

clip_image008 The Library is also on the ground floor with access to a disabled person’s toilet. It is suitable for small groups of up to fifteen people, mostly on armchairs. There is no provision for the preparation of refreshments unless arranged with the warden beforehand. Two double electricity points.
clip_image002 The Meeting House is situated at the far end of the garden. It will hold around 130 people and an additional 25 in the gallery on a mixture of benches and chairs. There is a small kitchen for hot drinks, and there are seven double electricity points. Displaced furniture must be put back as found before leaving. If in doubt, please ask the warden on duty.
The Long Room (no picture available) is upstairs on the first floor facing St. Giles. It is restricted, for personal security reasons, to twelve people. Because of the antiquity of the floor, no jumping or dancing is allowed. The Short Room is also upstairs on the first floor facing St. Giles. It is a cosy room which can hold around five people.
