A number of informal groups are associated with Oxford Meeting. Other organizational details are below, and people in bold may be reached via the Meeting House or the contact form.
Oxford Meeting holds monthly meetings to manage its business. These are known as the Local Meeting for Church Affairs (formerly called “Preparative Meeting”) and they take place in the Meeting House at 12:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month. All members of the Religious Society of Friends are welcome to attend, and non-members may ask for permission to attend from either of the co-clerks of Local Meeting: Sandra Figgess and Judith Atkinson. (clerk@oxfordquakers.org)
Applications for membership should be directed to Anne Durham, Clerk of Area Meeting, after first discussing the process with an overseer.
The treasurer is Iain McLean. Cheques should be made payable to "Oxford Quaker Meeting". An expense-claim form can be found here.
