A number of informal groups are associated with Oxford Meeting. Other organizational details are below, and people in bold may be reached via the Meeting House or our contact form.

Oxford Meeting holds monthly meetings to manage its business. These are known as the Local Meeting for Worship for Business and they take place in the Meeting House at 12:30 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month. All members of the Religious Society of Friends are welcome to attend, and non-members may ask for permission to attend from either of the co-clerks of Oxford Meeting: Sandra Figgess and Judith Atkinson. (clerk@oxfordquakers.org)

If you're regularly attending Oxford Meeting, you are invited to fill out this form and return it to Donna Dickenson, our data co-ordinator. Being on the list helps us to know and support you and keep in contact. We ask that you please tell us if at any point you would like to be removed from the list.

Applications for membership should be directed to Anne Durham, Clerk of Area Meeting, after first discussing the process with an overseer.

The treasurer is Iain McLean and the Treasury Team is reachable at treasury@oxfordquakers.org. An expense-claim form can be found here. Cheques should be made payable to "Oxford Quaker Meeting".

To report technical problems or ask questions about this website, please email webmaster@oxfordquakers.org. All other correspondence should be emailed to the Correspondence Clerk at correspondence@oxfordquakers.org.
